Orders & Shipping:

Can I change my order once its been placed?

Team ZT would love to quickly change any order for you but unfortunately our system processes fills orders pretty quickly.  Once you’ve placed your order it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it before it gets shipped out. Make sure you double check that all your info is correct before placing your order.  

I forgot to use my discount code

We apologize that our system does not let us adjust prices to an already placed order.  As soon as an order is placed its not possible for you, or us, to change it before it is shipped out.  Please double check that all your info is put in correctly before placing your order, especially the discount code.  

I live outside the US, can you ship to me?

Zoo Threads currently ships to all countries listed below.  We are a growing and expanding company that will eventually be able to ship worldwide!  If your country is not included send us an email and we may be able to help you sooner.

    How fast is shipping?

    Shipping speeds vary by country; below is a list of average shipping speeds.

    Brazil: 20 to 30 business days
    Mexico: 20 business days
    Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia: 7-15 business days
    All other supported countries: 7-10 business days

      How fast is processing?

      Team ZT works hard to get your order to you as fast as possible!  But with the large amount of orders we receive its hard to get them all done at once.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

      It’s past the maximum estimated delivery days, where is my order?

      Zoo Threads helps to get your order processed and delivered very quickly! However, we rely on shipping companies to get your products to you as soon as they leave our facilities.  If there is a problem due to the shipping company Zoo Threads will work with you to get you your order. Shoot us an email at ZooThreadsSpt@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.  

      Products:

      There’s an item I wanted but now I can’t find it

      Our system is programmed to remove the item if it is out of stock.  When the item is back in stock it returns to our inventory. Zoo Threads is currently in BETA and we are working hard everyday to build and grow the perfect experience for each of our customers.  If you like an item and feel it would be a perfect fit for your pet please consider purchasing it! Our items sell out fast and we cannot guarantee it will be restocked.

      The item or size that I want is out of stock, when will I be able to get it?

      As mentioned above, our system removes items that are out of stock and/or no longer available.  When an item becomes restocked it will then be added to our inventory. Zoo Threads is still in BETA and we are fine tuning our customer experience to be the best it possibly can.  Check out the About Us (link) section to read more.

      There’s no big sizes for my large dog in this particular product

      Zoo Threads current list of products have some limitations on size.  However, there are many items available in larger sizes. It is extremely important to check the sizing chart of that particular product and make sure that it fits your dog.  Many of the products have different sizing charts so please double check this information. Zoo Threads is working hard to provide awesome gear for dogs of all sizes. Read the About Us(link) section to hear more.
